Tasks Settings

When a user clicks on the Tasks tab on the Settings dialog, the following screen appears. On this screen, a user can:

  1. Globally set-up reminders for Tasks (indicated by the red oval). To set-up global reminders:
    • Click on the check box next to Remind me
    • Enter how many days before the scheduled task, the reminder has to be sent
    • Select the time at which the reminder announcement arrives
  2. Choose the default Tasklist (indicated by the yellow oval). The default Tasklist is the user's Tasklist. When a user has write/manage permission to multiple Tasklists, the user can specify which Tasklist to use as default.
